Our company serves as the financial back office for our clients, providing detailed financial reporting and industry-focused operational knowledge. We are dedicated to optimizing financial progress, investments, and growth strategies. Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated HR/Payroll Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will handle a wide range of payroll and human resources functions, including payroll processing, recruitment, benefits administration, and providing HR support to our clients.
Take full responsibility for all payroll-related functions, including payroll implementations, running bi-weekly payroll for clients using ADP and Gusto platforms, responding to payroll inquiries, and addressing any necessary actions.
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes to attract and hire qualified candidates for various positions.
Administer the company's insurance plans, liaise with insurance providers, send enrollment paperwork, and address employee questions related to the plans.
Oversee the company's 401k plan and process bi-weekly payroll deductions.
Offer miscellaneous HR support to clients on an as-needed basis, including creating bonus structures and performance improvement plans.
Handle terminations and coordinate with vendors for benefits termination.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a human resource role.
5 years of experience in payroll processing.
Familiarity with ADP and Gusto platforms is highly advantageous.
Bilingual skills are a plus, though not mandatory.
Must be willing to work on-site, as remote work options are not available.
