Responsibilities

• Onboard companies to client’s cap table platform.

• Reconciliation of Excel sheets.

• Become a cap table and equity expert - you’ll be a go-to resource for customer support.

• Answer support requests.

• Think like a customer - work directly with our engineering teams to constantly build new features and deliver an amazing new customer experience.

Must-haves

• Great presentation skills since you’ll be working in front of lawyers.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel.

• Ability to reconcile two excels, and find, then solve for the difference between them.

• Knowledge of advanced Excel functions: 

• C1 - C2 English level.

Nice to haves

• 1 - 2 years of experience working in data or Excel.  A quantitative background is highly desirable. 

• We value doers who will roll up their sleeves to get work done.

• High tolerance for ambiguity and flexibility with changing job duties and responsibilities.

• Experience with financial planning/ or more closely related to capitalization, market value, shares, equity
