Our company is a growth-oriented private equity firm focused on building world-class companies within business, healthcare, and consumer services sectors. Our proactive, research-driven process supports thesis development, sourcing and execution efforts in attractive sectors where we have a track record of success, valuable expertise, and relationships. Our proven value creation process accelerates growth by providing our companies with the right tools, resources, and strategic guidance to materially scale organically and via add-on acquisitions.
For over 17 years, we had a people-first, results-focused approach that has produced a consistent track record of long-term value creation. We has raised over $1.2 billion in capital since the firm’s inception, and we are now investing out of our sixth fund, a $460 million vehicle that closed in September 2021. For our next phase of growth, we have developed a Portfolio Resource Group (“PRG”) to accelerate the growth of the companies in which we invest.
A Finance & Corporate Development lead who can partner with our company's Investment Team and portfolio management teams to support and execute add-on transactions for our portfolio companies will add tremendous value to our firm.
The position will be responsible for providing deal transaction support, drafting investment evaluation memos, offer materials, and financial reporting packages among other cross-functional analyses to help support our companies and create value. This position will be a valuable member of our team in a prominent role within the organization.
