We are seeking an experienced Paid Social Media Ad Buyer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for driving results.
Develop, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok) to achieve marketing objectives and KPIs
Work with internal stakeholders to define target audiences, campaign goals, and messaging for each campaign
Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders, making recommendations for optimization and improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes to social media algorithms and ad platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure campaign assets and messaging are aligned with business goals
Monitor and manage campaign budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget constraints
Test and iterate on creative, messaging, and targeting to continually improve campaign performance
Collaborate with external partners, such as media agencies and vendors, to execute campaigns as needed
3+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
Managed over $50,000 USD in monthly ad spend
Experience with social media advertising tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager
Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, to measure campaign performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms and technologies
