Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced financial analysis, including valuation analysis and pro forma impact analysis on the company.
• Assist in negotiations regarding deal structure, valuation, and legal terms.
• Prepare and produce marketing materials for our clients.
• Attend management meetings with buyers and sellers.
• Conduct industry and company-specific research.
• Develop buyer lists for our clients.
• Manage multiple clients concurrently.
