Our client's great US start-up is working to create an exciting role that will have a meaningful impact on driving new user signups. You will have the opportunity and responsibility to promote the company by contributing to relevant conversations happening within the Reddit community about topics related to cryptocurrency & taxes.

If you are successful in this initial role, our client wants to hire additional promotional specialists to work alongside you. You will have the opportunity to manage and mentor future employees and shape the future of this team.
It is our client's goal to create an entire team that will be tasked with attacking this opportunity. As the first employee onboard, you will have tremendous growth opportunities as this team gets built out.
Monitor a daily stream of notifications for relevant Reddit conversations happening right now.
Decide which Reddit conversations you should ignore vs. which present great opportunity to engage with.
Hit daily quotas for # of posts, comments, and conversations contributed to
Maintain organized documents for tracking all of the content you have created on Reddit.
Consistently identify ways to improve systems & processes to make this role more successful every day.
Research the company's value propositions and current content so you can
understand how to effectively promote us within relevant Reddit conversations.
Deep knowledge of Reddit culture; you should be a longtime Reddit user
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
2+ years in a relevant content marketing or social media marketing role
Excellent research and comprehension skills
Demonstrated ability to quickly synthesize information about a company and
effectively promote it online
Desire to work at a startup where you will have a massive impact on the success or failure in this new role
Desire to grow into a manager if you prove yourself as a 5-star individual contributor
