The Bookkeeper/Executive Assistant role combines bookkeeping responsibilities with providing administrative support to executives. You will manage financial records, process invoices, reconcile accounts, and handle general bookkeeping tasks. Additionally, you will assist executives with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative duties. Join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our organization.
Preparation of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations for month end close.
Filing important documents, such as reports, meeting notes, emails, and letters
Preparing monthly aging reports for both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and resolve issues concerning rejected invoices and late payments.
Keeping important information and documents organized physically, and electronically
Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.
Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
Maintains historical records by filing documents.
Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Maintain a schedule of Fixed Assets for year-end tax preparation.
