About the Role

We’re putting together the best team of Recruiters. We are looking for driven and smart people that want to help connect top LatAm talent with amazing job opportunities at US companies.

The main goal of this position is to ensure that jobs posted on Near are receiving a lot of qualified applicants.

What will you do in this role?

1. Stakeholder management (Clients, Hunters, Managers and Candidates)
2. Onboarding clients/candidates 
3. Updating and tracking information through our systems

Desired Skills/Experience

• 1+ years of recruiting experience, in house, or in an agency setting is preffered
• Familiarity with the technology market and landscape
• Ability to execute in a very fast-paced environment
• Remote work experience preferred
