We are seeking a talented Social Strategist to join our team. This position offers part-time hours initially, with the potential to transition into a full-time role. As a Social Strategist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our social media presence. We are looking for someone with expertise in YouTube and TikTok/IG Reels, a strong strategic mindset, and preferably experience working with podcasts and personal brands.
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage our target audience.
Create compelling and shareable content for YouTube and TikTok/IG Reels to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for social media growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and leverage this knowledge to optimize our strategies.
Support the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and drive conversions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute partnerships with podcast hosts and guests.
Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across social media platforms.
Proven experience in managing social media platforms, particularly YouTube and TikTok/IG Reels.
Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute effective social media strategies.
Familiarity with podcast platforms and experience in leveraging podcasts for brand promotion would be a plus.
Experience working with personal brands and understanding their unique needs and challenges is highly desirable.
Proficient in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
