Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through various channels such as phone, live chat, SMS, and email.

• Assist customers in purchasing products, whether directly from their website or through retail partners.

• Answer product-related inquiries and provide guidance on assembly processes.

• Resolve any post-purchase issues or concerns that customers may encounter.

• Collaborate with retail partners to address customer inquiries and resolve problems.

• Analyze customer feedback and reviews to extract valuable insights for product improvements.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of best-in-class service guidelines and frameworks.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role within e-commerce or a company with physical products.

• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.

• Excellent listening skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and motivations.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness.

• Multitasking proficiency and familiarity with navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.

• Experience guiding customers through troubleshooting steps and converting their pain points into actionable feedback.

• Ability to work autonomously and independently, with a self-driven and proactive approach.

• Demonstrated integrity and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, with one weekend day required each week.

• Flexibility in accommodating shift adjustments as per business requirements.

• Willingness to work on some holidays as necessary.
