Engage with customers through various channels such as phone, live chat, SMS, and email.
Assist customers in purchasing products, whether directly from their website or through retail partners.
Answer product-related inquiries and provide guidance on assembly processes.
Resolve any post-purchase issues or concerns that customers may encounter.
Collaborate with retail partners to address customer inquiries and resolve problems.
Analyze customer feedback and reviews to extract valuable insights for product improvements.
Contribute to the development and implementation of best-in-class service guidelines and frameworks.
Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role within e-commerce or a company with physical products.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.
Excellent listening skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and motivations.
Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness.
Multitasking proficiency and familiarity with navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
Experience guiding customers through troubleshooting steps and converting their pain points into actionable feedback.
Ability to work autonomously and independently, with a self-driven and proactive approach.
Demonstrated integrity and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, with one weekend day required each week.
Flexibility in accommodating shift adjustments as per business requirements.
Willingness to work on some holidays as necessary.
