Overview of the Role:
Our client is a fast-paced and rapidly growing tech company looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Coordinator. Your main responsibility will be to provide general marketing assistance and content coordination to support our sales and marketing team. You will work closely with various team members, engaging in tasks such as data entry, admin work, content posting, copywriting, and other creative marketing assignments. Your role will involve maintaining our company blog, website, social media channels, YouTube channel, recorded webinars, live events, and other miscellaneous content.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with different teams to execute content strategy effectively.
- Organize and manage a dynamic content calendar.
- Create content briefs and outlines for blog and YouTube content.
- Conduct keyword research to generate content ideas.
- Proofread blogs and landing page copy for accuracy.
- Draft captivating captions, titles, and descriptions for social media posts and events.
- Coordinate email and social media outreach with external partners.
- Maintain data tracking tools, providing analytics reports for content channels.
- Evaluate the performance of content initiatives and projects, and share insights with the team.
- Engage with reviews and comments across various platforms.
- Collaborate with videographers, graphic designers, and virtual assistants across different time zones.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Problem-solving mindset and initiative to figure things out independently.
- Basic copywriting skills.
- Creative eye for marketing visuals.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, YouTube, Asana, Slack, and social media platforms is a plus.
- Ability to follow directions and take ownership of initiatives from start to finish.
- Native or professional proficiency in the English language.
Good to Have (but not necessary):
- Experience in video recording and editing.
- Graphic design skills.
