Who you are:
A communicator. You err on the side of over-communicating. Whether it’s over email, on the phone, or in person—with your clients, content creators or with your teammates — you constantly keep the extended team in the loop, and you’re not afraid to ask questions and speak up.
A project manager. You love to stay organized, and project management is a strength for you. No detail is too small. You make sure projects stay ahead of schedule and can navigate random challenges. When challenges occur, you learn how to avoid them in the future.
Passionate about social media. You’re going to be spending a lot of time looking at Instagram and TikTok accounts. You'll be sourcing for our next content creators for future projects while coordinating the content creation for current projects.
A negotiator. You love finding great people to work with and find a price that works for both sides. You'll be looking for great UGC content creators who are reliable, deliver great content and can work with us regularly.
UGC Creator Sourcing & Outreach: Research, identify, source and coordinate relationships with UGC creators. Proactively find common creator demographics to use in future projects and also find more niche creators on-demand.
UGC Creator Project Coordination: Provide a list of UGC creators to our creative strategists and our customers, coordinate shipping of product to the approved creators, ensure content creation is executed and follows the creative brief, and coordinate delivery to the creative strategist and customer.
Contract Negotiations & Terms: Coordinate contract agreements
Content Feedback and Monitoring: Monitor influencer content and provide feedback to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
Content Approvals: Liaise with creative strategist to ensure UGC creator content is approved and ready for finalized ad assets.
Analyze weekly performance of the affiliate program with the ability to spot gaps and provide unique insights.
Ready to work during US business hours (conference calls, Slack, etc.)
Thrive working 100% remotely
Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent work experience.
1-2 years of experience working successfully in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional role managing and coordinating multiple relationships and projects from start to finish.
Experience with TikTok or Instagram creators & influencers is preferred.
Experience with UGC, content creation, and affiliate campaigns is preferred.
You dominate internet culture and know what’s trending on top social platforms.
Understanding of paid media creative strategies and ROI across various social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Affiliate, etc.
Strong soft skills: highly organized, ability to negotiate, influence others, and communicate effectively.
Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple partner communications
History of success and resilience in the face of tough challenges
TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Google, and Bing experience is a plus but not required
Startup or agency experience preferred
