Our client is looking for an experienced customer service agent to join their team. The successful candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. The primary responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and chat. You will be expected to create orders over the phone and send invoices to customers. You will be required to use Aircall, Shopify, and Re: amaze to manage customer interactions. You should also be comfortable creating basic reporting based on department performance.

Track support tickets with tags and follow up with customers on their inquiries.
Use Aircall, Shopify, and Re: amaze to manage customer interactions.
Continuously optimize department processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Create basic reporting based on department performance.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to cross-sell and upsell products and services.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Familiarity with Aircall, Shopify, and Re: amaze.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Shopify navigation skills must be able to perform customer searches, create draft orders, send invoices, take payment over the phone, and manage orders.
Must be tech-savvy and be able to download all necessary software tools.
Must have good internet and reliable computer.
Education, related certifications to Shopify, experience with apps, etc.
