As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for several key tasks, including:
Collaborating with department managers and Leadership to understand hiring needs, requirements, and objectives.
Developing compelling job descriptions tailored to each role.
Focusing on sourcing Video Editors/Animators based in Latin America, along with Audio Engineers and Customer Success candidates.
Utilizing effective job posting platforms and channels in Latin America, including social media and networking groups.
Conducting cold outreach to potential candidates who may not be actively searching for roles.
Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of Video Editor/Animator candidates, as well as Audio Engineers and Customer Success candidates.
Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Conducting pre-interview screenings and representing Hatch positively.
Educating candidates on career growth potential, benefits, compensation, and advantages of working at Hatch.
Managing end-to-end recruiting processes, including scheduling interviews, coordinating test projects, and overseeing compensation.
Maintaining our proactive culture and encouraging ongoing personal and professional development.
Must-haves:
Proven experience sourcing long-term candidates in Latin America for high-growth companies (2+ years).
People-driven and data-driven approach to talent acquisition.
Ability to identify top talent and build lasting relationships.
Energy from conversing with 5-6 candidates daily.
Strong cold outreach skills that elicit responses.
Exceptional interview skills, both tactically and personably.
Internal motivation to thrive in a fully remote environment.
Residence in Latin America within specified time zones.
Strong English skills.
