We are in search of a highly organized and self-motivated Production Coordinator to manage all aspects of our ongoing construction projects. This role involves scheduling crews and homeowners, ordering materials, coordinating additional services, and troubleshooting client issues. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects running concurrently.
We are a small company with minimal management, so this person needs to be comfortable working with a small team, taking initiative, and figuring out complex tasks that may arise. There is a wide variety of tasks and skills involved in this role and we need someone who likes less structured work environments.
Oversee and manage all ongoing construction projects
Schedule crews, homeowners, and W2 employees for jobs
Order and manage all construction materials
Pay project-related bills to vendors and subcontractors
Coordinate additional construction services, such as containers and portables
Troubleshoot problems with clients and come up with effective solutions
Proficiency in using Gantt charts or other scheduling software
High level of organizational skills
Enjoyment of creating and working within systems and processes
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Prior experience in construction or project management would be a plus, but is not required
