We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain/Logistics Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Amazon store. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment. The Supply Chain/Logistics Manager will also monitor and analyze store performance metrics, identifying opportunities to optimize sales, traffic, and conversion rates. Additionally, the Supply Chain/Logistics Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining product listings, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Amazon store, ensuring accurate product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, identifying opportunities to optimize sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and other relevant information.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Monitor and maintain a high seller rating and customer feedback score, taking necessary actions to address any negative reviews or feedback.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales, utilizing tools such as Amazon Advertising, Sponsored Products, and promotions.
- Collaborate with our internal marketing team to create compelling content and visuals for product listings and store branding.
- Work closely with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain and logistics processes to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Oversee inventory management, including forecasting, replenishment, and stock levels.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
- Proven experience managing Amazon stores, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Self Identifies as tech-savvy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Amazon Advertising, Sponsored Products, and promotions is a really nice to have.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics best practices.
- Proficient in Google workspace, particularly Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and associated softwares is a plus.
