The team is looking for an experienced Virtual Business Relationship Assistant to join our sales team and help us build the best prospect experience. The successful candidate should have a prospect-friendly approach and excellent organizational skills. As part of a growing company, the Virtual Business Relationship Assistant is part of a team and should be willing to collaborate with others.
Developing prospect relationships and building trust by providing a prospect-friendly approach
Initial contact - Calling prospects and answering their inquiries regarding products and services
Writing emails and other correspondence
Taking notes of prospect conversations and email communications for future reference
Taking notes and updating CRM from meeting transcripts
Remotely organize and maintain a comprehensive database of business contacts, including potential investors, individuals with specific skill sets, and target businesses for acquisition
Manage and maintain email/outreach cadence for potential investors and business prospects.
Conduct online research on industry trends, news, and market insights to identify potential opportunities and threats
Perform due diligence on potential investors or partners by conducting remote background checks and gathering the necessary information to ensure credibility and alignment with our business objectives
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and executive leadership, through virtual communication channels to align efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to business development
1-3 years of prospect service or sales experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with Pipedrive, Airtable and Trello
Ability to take initiative
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient English level
