The team is looking for an experienced Virtual Business Relationship Assistant to join our sales team and help us build the best prospect experience. The successful candidate should have a prospect-friendly approach and excellent organizational skills. As part of a growing company, the Virtual Business Relationship Assistant is part of a team and should be willing to collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Developing prospect relationships and building trust by providing a prospect-friendly approach

• Initial contact - Calling prospects and answering their inquiries regarding products and services

• Writing emails and other correspondence

• Taking notes of prospect conversations and email communications for future reference

• Taking notes and updating CRM from meeting transcripts

• Remotely organize and maintain a comprehensive database of business contacts, including potential investors, individuals with specific skill sets, and target businesses for acquisition

• Manage and maintain email/outreach cadence for potential investors and business prospects.

• Conduct online research on industry trends, news, and market insights to identify potential opportunities and threats

• Perform due diligence on potential investors or partners by conducting remote background checks and gathering the necessary information to ensure credibility and alignment with our business objectives

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and executive leadership, through virtual communication channels to align efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to business development

Requirements

• 1-3 years of prospect service or sales experience

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience with Pipedrive, Airtable and Trello

• Ability to take initiative

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient English level
