Content Creator & Multimedia Specialist

We are looking for a talented Content Creator & Multimedia Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging multimedia content, including videos, social media posts, and written content, to help us share our success stories with customers. We are seeking a creative individual with experience and interest in startups who can produce captivating content and possesses a strong understanding of social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create a variety of multimedia content, including YouTube shorts, Facebook shorts, Instagram reels, TikToks, Twitter threads, and LinkedIn posts, to help share our success stories and services with our customers who have hired excellent talent in Latin America

• Create and edit videos, audio, and sharable content for social media platforms

• Follow industry trends, generate new ideas, and co-develop/implement audio/visual trends

• Help grow our social media presence

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of experience in content creation, video editing, creating visuals, and audio content. This role is for you if you have created viral video content for social or had Twitter threads go viral before. (If this is not you, please don't apply)

• Excellent knowledge of industry-standard software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and other related software

• Strong social media and digital marketing skills

• Proactive and self-motivated

• Native-level English proficiency

• A passion for learning and using new tools and technology to further develop the content creation process

• An eye for detail and a continuous drive to improve

• A creative mind with a strong understanding of storytelling

• You have a can-do attitude

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with AI tools or a strong understanding of their capabilities

• Proven track record of growing social media accounts, working as a community manager, or building a brand
