We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack WordPress developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience building custom WordPress themes and plugins, building new WordPress sites from scratch, implementing chat features and custom tools that are unique for each client, managing server-side responsibilities, and a strong understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Well-rounded experience that is full stack is essential. Before being hired this candidate will be thoroughly tested and evaluated to ensure they have a deep understanding of coding concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle

• Design and build user interfaces, APIs and services

• Help drive sound technical decision-making and lead technical conversations

• Serve as a role model for engineering standards and bring consistency across the many codebases and processes

• Build and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

• Make new scripts to help the company accomplish various tasks

• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in WordPress and related technologies

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Full-Stack developer, or related role

• Comfortable with both front-end and backend, even if you prefer one of the two

• Strong experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Experience building custom WordPress themes and plugins

• Strong understanding of WordPress development best practices

• Knowledge of Git and version control

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
