Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Project Manager with experience in managing projects from concept to completion, and who is also able to take on design responsibilities when necessary. The successful candidate will be able to work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners, to deliver high-quality projects within strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of projects, from initial scoping to final delivery, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and QA testers, to ensure project requirements are met and delivered to a high standard.
• Conduct regular project meetings to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned on project timelines, deliverables, and objectives.
• Be proactive in identifying project risks and issues, and develop and execute effective mitigation plans.
• Occasionally take on design work and provide direction to the design team when needed.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules, using project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, actively identifying new business opportunities and potential projects.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful UI/UX projects.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Ability to occasionally take on design responsibilities and provide direction to the design team.
• Experience in selling projects and identifying new business opportunities.
