We are seeking a Sales Development Representative who can handle a broad range of tasks, including:
- Qualify leads and manage active campaigns in Active Campaign CRM
- Manage the company's blog section and create engaging content for customers
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively reach out to potential customers (our goal is to get 3 software demo calls a week)
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Build an SOP to manage sales at the company
You'll succeed in this role if you have/are:
- At least 4 years of experience in sales
- Background in B2B SaaS sales
- Ability to build processes
- CRM experience is a must-have, with preference for Active Campaign
- Charismatic, well-spoken, and good camera presence
- Independent, resourceful, and self-starter
