We are an eyewear design company based in Downtown Los Angeles. Fit, feel and quality are the core pillars behind the our vision. Our goal is to deliver new designs while integrating traditionally luxury details inspired by classic architecture, car design and fine jewelry.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce and supply chain operations and a strong understanding of demand and supply planning. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory planning, communicating with the shipping center, and managing accounting operations. You should be a problem solver with common sense and have experience working with Excel and ERP systems. Familiarity with Shopify and Flexport is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Supply planning: Manage the supply, ensuring that inventory is properly planned and managed.
• Communications: Communicate with freight forwarding for e-commerce and the shipping center to ensure that orders are processed and delivered efficiently.
• Accounting operations: Oversee the accounting operations of the company, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Demand planning: Understanding demand planning and forecasting inventory to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Problem-solving: Handle operational issues and put out fires as they arise.
• Customer service: Oversee customer service, answering questions and providing support to the customer service team.
• Software onboarding: Assist with software onboarding, going to sales calls and taking notes to make decisions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in e-commerce and supply chain operations
• Strong understanding of demand and supply planning
• Experience with Excel and ERP systems
• Familiarity with Shopify and Flexport is a plus
• Advanced English level (spoken and written) is required
