As a Call Center Support Representative, you will be answering calls and taking down claimant's information and filling in intake forms. Being pleasant and friendly to make prospective clients feel welcome and calm is paramount for this role. Fluent English and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and provide excellent customer service
Assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Accurately document customer interactions in our database
Stay up-to-date on company products and services
Meet or exceed performance targets for speed, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the call center
1+ years of relevant experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Proficiency with computer systems and databases
Must have high-speed internet
Must have a home office environment to be able to make calls
Fluent English- IELTS or TOEFL an advantage
