The E-commerce Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of eCommerce projects for our company. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, technology, and customer service to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Basically, you will:
Communicate with 3rd party agencies (external).
Make sure any projects run smoothly.
Resolve issues and track all the moving pieces.
Support and facilitate internal company projects.
Problem solve Amazon account issue.
Plan and manage multiple eCommerce projects simultaneously, including setting project timelines, budgets, and resources
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner
Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, including team members, management, and clients
Monitor and track project metrics to ensure project success
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures
Make sure our Amazon account is running smoothly
Must have 3+ years of Ecommerce project management experience
Must be good at ClickUp, Slack, and project management software experience (e.g. Asana, Trello, JIRA)
Amazon's operation experience is a big plus.
