What you’ll do

• Field requests from members of the team and organize them within Notion

• Create processes and document them in Notion

• Work closely with development and design teams, with an understanding of their tasks

• Delegate work that needs to be done to complete those tasks across web design, web development, creative teams & more

• Set up AB tests for various experiments inside of Google Optimize

• Analyze high level data, such as conversion rate, average order value, etc.

• Work with a page builder (Shogun) and content management system (Contentful) to make changes to web pages.

What you’ll need to succeed

• 3-5 years of experience in similar roles

• Advanced English level

• Basic knowledge of development and design is required, previous experience managing development and design teams is preferred

• Experience managing tasks and creating processes

• Knowledge of no-code or low-code tools is required. We use Shogun but if you have used similar tools, you’ll learn it quickly!

• Previous experience using Notion, Google Optimize, Shopify and Figma is desirable

• Organized and analytical mindset
