The Virtual Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing assistance to all members of the strategic leadership team. 

Virtual Administrative Assistant responsibilities and requirements include but are not limited to: 

• Responsible for coordinating and booking all business travel reservations including airfare, hotel, car rentals 
• Assist with planning various types of business events such as conferences, office visits and dinner meetings 
• File all receipts from travel expenses or other company expenses in Google Drive
• Maintain appointment schedules and calendars 
• Filter through resumes for various job posts 
• Scribe meeting minutes, summarize and send recaps out to all attendees 
• Manually submit zero reports to all states
• All other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Strategic Leadership Team 

Background/Qualification requirements: 

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Exemplary planning and time management skills (ability to prioritize work load) 
• Detail-oriented 
• High level verbal and written communication skills 
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Experience in Google Suite applications (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
