Virtual Intelligence is owned and operated by Jason Cass and Travis Etheridge. They
are three location agency owners in Southern Illinois.

The company was started in late 2021 after running into frustration with the companies
out there who help agencies with Va's.

After training several Va's for their agencies and with agencies starting to reach out to
them, Jason and Travis realized there was a need for quality trained Va's that are
actually trained, tested, placed and shadowed in agencies as an employee and not an
assistant.

This is how Virtual Intelligence was born.

We believe that the VE has been undervalued for what they can do and what they mean
to an agency. They have been sold as cheap labor for agencies and there is nothing further
from the truth.

In our opinion a VE is just as important as any staff that work in an agency and in many
areas provide value that licensed staff should not be providing.

We feel strong that we separate ourselves through three different areas:

• Intelligence
• Training
• Security

We created VI to be the best at all of those.
